Spring steel is mainly used to manufacture the spring components for the transportation vehicles and other mechanical equipments. Under the standard executed GB/T1222, the main products of the spring steel are 60Si2Mn,60Si2MnA,50CrVA,60CrMnA,55CrMnA and SUP9, SUP9A and the diameters of the spring flat ranges 628.5×44.5120mm. The product quality is improved by means of smelting outside oven, electromagnetic stirring and optimizing rolling control and coldness control data. Spring Flat steel is mainly used to manufacture the spring components for the transportation vehicles and other mechanical equipment. Under the standard GB/T1222, the main products of the spring flat steel are 60Si2Mn, 60Si2MnA, 50CrVA, 60CrMnA, 55CrMnA and SUP9, and the dimensional range of the spring flat steel is 6~28.5×44.5~100mm. The product quality is improved by means of refining, electromagnetic stirring and optimizing the data of controlled rolling and cooling process. With the advantages of excellent internal quality, good cut lengths and outside dimension, and long fatigue life, it takes the lead in the business nationwide. It was awarded with the “Golden Cup Prize” of metallurgical product quality by China Iron and Steel Industry Association in 2002.
